One of the men armed himself with a golf-club and kitchen knife, while the second man armed himself with a set of pliers.

A fight then broke out between the trio, during which the 20-year-old was punched a number of times.

During the incident, police say one of the men also smashed several of the vehicle’s windows before stabbing a knife into the steering wheel and leaving it embedded.

The pair then stole the victim’s mobile phone before taking off in their ute
