A man accused of sexually assaulting a wheelchair-bound woman in western Sydney will remain behind bars.
Scott Anthony Tindall is accused of befriending the 57-year old woman on a train then pushing her to a secluded spot near a Mount Druitt library and assaulting her on May 9,

Tindall, 43, appeared in court on Friday but didn’t apply for bail.
He is charged with aggravated sexual and indecent assault offences.
The case was adjourned to Penrith Local Court on July 17.
Police allege Tindall met the woman on a St Marys to Mount Druitt bound train between 1am and 2am on May 9.
