A man has been charged after he was busted with more than 30,000 MDMA tablets in his backpack in Sydney’s CBD yesterday.
Around 12.30pm, officers stopped and spoke to a 29-year-old Nepalese National on Liverpool Street at Darlinghurst.
Police searched the man’s bag and made the shock discovery of around 32,000 MDMA tablets.

The man was arrested and taken to Kings Cross Police Station.
A search warrant was later executed at a unit in Darlinghurst, where officers seized a further 22,000 MDMA tablets.
The man was charged with three counts of large commercial drug supply and refused bail to appear at Central Local Court today.
Police said the man’s student visa was expired and that Australian Border Force have been notified.
