Man busted drink driving after crashing into three cars in Sydney
A MAN has been charged with high-range drink driving after crashing his car into three vehicles in Sydney overnight.
The 24-year-old was driving a silver Ford Falcon when it collided with the vehicles at an intersection in St Marys around 9.00pm.
The man was subjected to a roadside breath test which returned a positive reading.
He was arrested at the scene and taken to Penrith Police Station where he later returned a breath analysis reading of 0.189 and was charged with drive with high range PCA.
A female driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash sustained a suspected fractured hip and was taken to Westmead Hospital for treatment.
Another female driver was taken to Nepean Hospital as a precaution.
The man’s licence was suspended and he was granted conditional bail to appear at Penrith Local Court on Tuesday 12 December.
