A man has been charged after he was allegedly caught driving his vehicle while more than 5 times over the legal limit in Darling Point yesterday.
About 4.15pm Sunday 22 November 2015 Rose Bay Highway Patrol officers were patrolling New Beach Road when they stopped a black Mercedes-Benz being driven by a 64-year-old man.
He was submitted to a roadside breath test where he allegedly returned a positive reading.

He was arrested and taken to Waverley Police Station where he was submitted to a breath analysis which allegedly provided a reading of 0.252.
He was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice for the offence of high range drink driving and had his licence suspended. He is due to appear in Waverley Local Court on 16 December 2015.
About 5.45pm the same day police were alerted by a member of the public that the driver had returned to his vehicle and driven from New Beach Road.
It’s further alleged he stopped on the side of the road and urinated, before performing an act of indecency in view of two teenage girls.
The driver is then alleged to get back into the Mercedes and drive along New Beach Road, allegedly swerving onto the wrong side of the road.
He was stopped by police and arrested. He was taken to Waverley Police Station where he was issued with a second Court Attendance Notice for drive under the influence of alcohol, drive while suspended, wilful and obscene behaviour and offensive behaviour.
He will appear in Waverley Local Court for these matters on the 13 January 2015.
