His licence was suspended and he was charged with high-range PCA.

About 4.45pm the same day, police were called to Putty Road due to concerns for a man walking dangerously on the road and appeared to be affected by alcohol.

Officers recognised the 48-year-old man and transported him home.

Soon after officers allegedly saw the same man driving his vehicle again. He was pulled over and breath tested where he again provided a positive reading.

He was arrested and taken back to Windsor Police Station where he provided a breath analysis reading of .270.

He was charged for the second time with high-range PCA, and driving while suspended.

He was refused bail and will appear in Penrith Local Court today.
