A man has been charged and has had his licence suspended after he was caught drink-driving in NSW twice overnight.
The 30-year-old was first spotted driving dangerously in the Kogarah area about 12.20am.
He was pulled over by police on the Princes Highway and subjected to a roadside breath test where he allegedly returned a positive result of 0.140.

He was issued a Field Court Attendance Notice and had his licence suspended and seized.
Less than two hours later, the same man was again spotted driving on the Princes Highway.
He was pulled over for a second time and again returned an alleged breath analysis of 0.107.
The man has been charged with Mid-Range PCA and has been suspended from driving.
He is due to appear at Sutherland Local Court on Tuesday 20 September.
