Police say it’s alleged the man believed he was speaking to a 14-year-old girl, who he made numerous sexually explicit comments to and sent indecent photos and videos, including child pornography materials.

About midday yesterday, detectives executed a search warrant at a home at Ruse and seized mobile phones, computers and electronic storage devices.

A 24-year-old man was arrested at the home and charged with using a carriage service to groom persons under 16, and use carriage service to transmit indecent communication to person under 16.

He is due to appear at Campbelltown Local Court on Monday 25 July.
