A man will appear in court next month after he was caught high-range drink driving with two children in the car.
About 8.45pm Sunday 13 September 2015, police followed a Toyota Corolla from a shopping centre on Box Road to Siandra Drive, after noticing the headlights weren’t turned on.
The man left the vehicle with two children, aged nine and 11, when police approached and spoke to him.

He was then submitted to a road side breath test, which allegedly returned a positive result.
The man, aged 39, was arrested and taken to Sutherland Police Station, where a further breath analysis returned an alleged reading of 0.151.
He was charged with high-range PCA and his P2 driver’s licence has been suspended. The man was granted conditional bail, to appear at Sutherland Local Court on 8 October 2015.
The children were taken to a relative’s home, where they are being cared for.
