A man has been charged after he was caught allegedly filming fellow colleagues while they were using a toilet at a business in Sydney overnight.
Around 10.00pm, officers were called to the business on Elizabeth Street in Surry Hills after an 18-year-old woman noticed a mobile phone in the toilet area.
Police seized and examined the phone, allegedly discovering that “several staff members had been recorded using the toilet facility without their knowledge or consent.”

He was refused bail to appear in Parramatta Bail Court today.
