The former owner of a gardening and handyman business in Western Australia has been charged over the alleged repeated sexual assault of his former employee.
The man, who is now 78-years-old, was hit with a number of charges, including 10 counts of Unlawful and Indecent Assault, following a lengthy investigation by Detectives.
Police allege the Scarborough man sexually assaulted the boy, who was 15-years-old at the time, between January and November in 1979.

The teen was employed as the man’s assistant when the alleged assaults occurred.
