Man charged over Blue Mountains ‘axe attack’

A man has been charged after allegedly hurling an axe at another man during a confrontation in the Lower Blue Mountains.

Police say two men aged 43 and 41 became embroiled in an argument over the older man’s dog in the Glenbrook National Park at around 11.45am on Tuesday.

It’s alleged the older man then threatened the other man with an axe before throwing the axe at him.
