Man charged over drug bust at Sydney hotel

A man has been charged with drug supply after allegedly being found with ice, cocaine, heroin and GHB at an inner Sydney hotel on Tuesday.

Police were called to a hotel parking garage on Kings Cross Road, Potts Point, about 2.30pm, after concerns were raised about a guest.

During a search of a car, police allegedly located 96g of ice, small amounts of cocaine and heroin, a quantity of prescription drugs, more than one kilogram of GHB and more than $3000 cash.

A 38-year-old man has since been charged with drug supply, drug possession and dealing with property suspected of being the proceeds of crime.

He was refused bail.
