A MAN who threatened to kill Queensland Premier Campbell Newman and his family on social media has been charged.
The man is alleged to have threatened to kill Mr Newman, his wife and daughters on the premier’s Facebook page last Wednesday.
Channel Seven reports police swooped on a Caboolture property, north of Brisbane, on Friday and arrested the man.

The 26-year-old has been charged with one count of using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence.
He is scheduled to appear before the Caboolture Magistrates Court on February 6.
