A man has been charged after he lead police on a pursuit through the streets of Logan in a stolen car overnight.
Police said that around 8.10pm, officers attempted to intercept a vehicle on Paradise Road at Springwood which accelerated and drove away.
POLAIR was then deployed to track the vehicle which continued to travel at high speeds before being coming to a stop on Isabel Street at Loganlea.

The driver then ran from the car, however was tracked down by police dogs in bushland.
The 23-year-old Victoria Point man was charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, fail to stop a motor vehicle, obstruct police, enter premises and commit indictable offence, receiving tainted property and driving of motor vehicle without a driver licence.
He is due to appear in Richlands Magistrates Court this morning.
