A bus driver has been charged over a crash which claimed the life of a 19-year-old on the Whitsunday Coast earlier this year.
The crash occurred around 1.00pm on Shute Harbour Road, when a bus travelling between Airlie Beach and Proserpine left the roadway and crashed into a ditch.
A 19-year-old man died and a number of other people were rushed to hospital with serious injuries.

Following ongoing investigations, a 70-year-old man from Cannonvale has been charged with one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing the death.
He is due to appear at the Proserpine Magistrates Court on October 24.
