A man has been charged after he allegedly indecently assaulted two women, one of whom was sleeping, on trains in Sydney’s south west.
Police said that on Wednesday 7 September, a 35-year-old man boarded a train at Fairfield Railway Station.
He walked through the train and sat next to a 29-year-old woman, before allegedly indecently assaulting her.

On Saturday 24 September, the same man boarded a train at Merrylands Railway Station.
He sat near a 26-year-old woman before allegedly indecently assaulting her while she slept.
The woman woke up and left the carriage, reporting the incident to police.
Following investigations, officers arrested the 35-year-old man at a home in Fairfield yesterday.
He has been charged with two counts of assault with act of indecency and is due to appear in court on October 28.
