Man charged with indecently assaulting young boy on Sydney bus

A man has been charged after allegedly indecently assaulting a young boy on a bus in Sydney’s south west.

Police said that around 4.00pm on Monday September 19, a 13-year-old boy boarded a bus on Queen Street.

A 60-year-old man also boarded the bus at the same location and during the journey, allegedly indecently assaulted the boy.

Following investigations, detectives arrested the man at his home. He was taken to Macquarie Fields Police Station where he was charged with two counts of indecent assault with child under 16, and groom child under 14 years for unlawful sexual activity.
