A man has been arrested and charged after allegedly smashing a glass bottle over another man’s head during a fight in Sydney’s inner west.
The alleged attack happened inside a unit on Lilyfield Road at Lilyfield around 11am on Wednesday.
Police said four men were inside the unit when two of them allegedly became involved in an altercation.

During the altercation, it’s alleged one man struck the other across the forehead with a glass bottle.
The two men were then told to leave the premises, police said.
The 23-year-old man struck over the head was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital for treatment.
A 28-year-old man was arrested nearby and taken to Newtown Police Station where he was charged with reckless wounding.
He was granted conditional bail to appear before Newtown Local Court on Thursday 14 July.
