A man will appear in court today after being charged with several offences including aggravated break and enter and the alleged theft of a $120,000 industrial guillotine at Fairfield.

Police from Fairfield Local Area Command have been conducting inquiries into a number of break-ins at industrial warehouses and yards where forklifts, tools, boats and generators have been stolen.
As part of their investigation officers executed a search warrant at an industrial unit in Davis Street at Wetherill Park last month.
A number of items were seized for further examination including an industrial guillotine valued at $120,000.
About 2pm on Friday 17 July 2015 a 45-year-old man was arrested by officers attached to the Fairfield Proactive Crime Team.
He was taken to Fairfield Police Station and later charged with a number of property related offences including aggravated break and enter and commit serious indictable offence in company, break and enter and larceny x 2.
He has been refused bail to appear at Parramatta Bail Court today.
