Man charged over Southport crime spree

A 23-year-old Palm Beach man has been charged with numerous offences following a range of incidents in Southport yesterday.

Police say that around 3pm, police attempted to pull-over a vehicle which had been driving erratically.

The man refused to stop for police and continued to drive through the streets of Southport, on the tram tracks and on the incorrect side of the road.

He will appear in the Southport Magistrates Court today.
