Police say the man then used one of the sets of keys to break into a Hyundai iLoad van, before allegedly driving it to another office in the same complex where he was then seen leaving in a Toyota Corolla, which is alleged to have been stolen from another one of the businesses.

Following investigations, officers tracked the car down at a Sunnybank train station on June 29, where they found the man sitting inside the vehicle.

He was arrested and charged with six counts of enter with intent and three counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

The man is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on July 6.
