A MAN has been charged with stabbing another man twice in the chest during a fight on the Gold Coast.
The 34-year-old victim was knifed outside Meriton Apartments tower in Broadbeach around 7am on Saturday.
He was found by police in the lobby of the building, bleeding from two stab wounds to his chest.

According to Nine News, the victim dragged himself through the foyer and into an elevator to seek help.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
The area was declared a crime scene and examined by forensic police.
The alleged attacker, reported to be a “mate” of the victim’s, fled the scene in a taxi.
The 35-year-old man was spotted on CCTV, covered in blood at the Helensvale railway station a short time later.
He was arrested and made to put on a blue forensic suit before being taken into custody.
He was marched into the Southport Watchhouse for questioning and formally charged this afternoon.
The 35-year-old man will front Southport Magistrates Court on Monday, charged with one count of acts intended to cause grievous bodily harm.
