A man has been charged following a brutal attack at a party in Sydney’s South-West yesterday.
Police say that at about 3.45am, a 42-year-old man was at a home at Bossley Park, when he became involved in an altercation with a 41-year-old man in a bedroom.
The younger man produced a knife and allegedly inflicted a number of wounds on the 42-year-old. He also allegedly stomped on his head and face.

Other people at the party intervened and drove the wounded man to hospital for treatment to serious wounds. He was later transferred to Westmead Hospital for further treatment.
Following investigations, yesterday police arrested the 41-year-old man at the home on Bilpin Place.
He was taken to Fairfield Police Station where he was charged with wounding with intent.
He was refused bail to appear at Fairfield Local Court today.
