Man charged with taking photos up Sydney school girl’s skirt

A man has been charged after he allegedly used his mobile phone to film up the skirt of a schoolgirl in Sydney yesterday.

Police said the incident occurred on a train at Hornsby around 4.30pm.

“About 4.30pm, officers attached to the Police Transport Command were approached by a female school student at Hornsby Railway Station,” police said in a statement.

“After speaking with the student the officers approached a man as he attempted to leave the station and allegedly located two mobile phones, one that contained inappropriate images of the school student they had been speaking to.

The 19-year-old man was arrested at the scene and has since been charged with film person’s private parts without consent.

The two mobile phones, as well as a laptop computer have been seized by police for further forensic analysis.
