A man will appear in court today after he allegedly committed an act of indecency near three youths.
About 12.35pm yesterday, three teenage boys, all aged 16, were walking along Hector Street, Sefton, when a vehicle approached them.
The male driver was seen to commit an act of indecency.

The teens continued walking down Kara Street, when the driver allegedly approached again and committed another act of indecency.
The unknown man allegedly got out of his car and approached one of the teens while committing an act of indecency.
The teens left the area and later attended Bass Hill Police Station to report the matter.
Police consequently conducted a search warrant at a house on First Walk, Chester Hill, where they seized a computer and arrested a 61-year-old man.
The man was subsequently charged with act of indecency.
He was refused bail and will appear in Bankstown Local Court today (Wednesday 7 October 2015).
