A MAN has been charged with multiple firearm and drug offences after being served with a Firearms Prohibition Order.
Police say they served the 27-year-old man with the order at around 6.30am on Thursday during a vehicle intercept in Parramatta.
Later on that day, officers executed raids on the 27-year-old’s apartment in Parramatta and on a business at Guildford.

Equipment associated with drug use was allegedly located inside the apartment, while a .45 calibre piston, an air-rifle, ammunition and a small stash of cannabis was allegedly located in a store-room at the Guildford business.
The 27-year-old man was arrested at the Guildford business on Friday morning and taken to Parramatta Police Station where he was charged with six offences, including:
- Two counts of possess unauthorised firearm;
- One count of possess unauthorised pistol;
- One count of manufacture firearm without licence;
- Possess ammunition without licence; and,
- Possess drug.
He has been refused bail to appear before Parramatta Local Court on Thursday (29 October 2015).
