A man will face court today over alleged sexual assault of a 13-year-old boy at an aquatic centre in Ryde.
The alleged incident took place in the change rooms of the facility on Thursday 1 October 2015. It was reported to police on Monday 12 October 2015.
Following an investigation, detectives from State Crime Command’s Child Abuse Squad arrested a 67-year-old man at the centre yesterday.

The man was taken to Ryde Police Station, where he was charged with aggravated sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault, and incite person to commit act of indecency.
He was refused bail to appear in Burwood Local Court today.
The investigation continues.
