Man charged with stalking Brisbane woman
A NSW man is accused of stalking a Brisbane woman, harassing her via texts and email and hiring a private investigator to track her whereabouts.
The 30-year-old allegedly harassed the woman, 33, over a three week period earlier this month.
He will appear on an unlawful stalking charge in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday.
The man has also been charged with fraud following a separate incident.
Police allege between May 28 and August 14, the man attended a Kallangur address and provided a quote for fence work after the resident responded to an advertisement.
The victim provided a deposit, however the man failed to return to carry out the work.
He’s been slapped with three counts of fraud.
