Man charged after woman punched in shocking road rage attack

A man has been charged over a horror road rage attack in which a woman was punched in the face.

The shocking incident, which was caught on camera and posted online, happened just after midday at Lake Munmorah on the Central Coast.

“Two vehicles stopped at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Elizabeth Bay Drive, a 41-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were involved in an argument, before the man allegedly punched the woman in the face,” police said in a statement.


Following investigations, a man presented himself at Wyong Police Station about 9.00am today.

He was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and granted conditional bail to appear at Wyong Local Court on Wednesday 30 August.

??? “an argument” being her throwing nails at his car and chisel smashing out his window whilst he had a child in the car because he wasn’t going fast enough, this was no “horror road rage incident” it was a man retaliating to a woman who put him and his child in life threatening danger and did practically the same thing to a different woman 2 weeks previous, they also tried to run him over.

She fully admitted and bragged about what she did on social media.

I hope she is also charged or this is a serious miscarriage of justice.
