Man critical, others injured after vehicle with six people inside flips on SEQ road

A MAN has suffered life-threatening injuries after a station wagon carrying six people rolled in southeast Queensland this morning.

Early reports suggest the wagon was travelling along Jandowae Connection Road when it rolled about five kilometres north of Jandowae at around 2am.

A 58-year-old man from Jandowae suffered life-threatening head injuries and was airlifted from the scene by a helicopter.


The 58-year-old female driver, also from Jandowae was taken to Toowoomba Hospital for treatment to minor injuries, as was a 20-year-old woman and 19-year-old man.

Two children under the age of 10 escaped uninjured.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
