Man critically injured in Dubbo crash
A 22-year-old man is fighting for his life in hospital following a horror three-car crash in Dubbo yesterday.
Police said a Toyota Camry, a Holden Commodore wagon and a Holden Commodore collided on Cobra Street around 10am.
The passenger of the Camry, a 22-year-old male, was seriously injured.
He was flown to Westmead Hospital in Sydney, where he remains today in a critical condition.
The driver of the Camry, a 28-year-old male, was taken to Dubbo Base Hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
A second passenger of the Camry, a 34-year-old man, was treated at hospital for minor injuries.
The driver of the Holden Commodore utility, a 28-year-old male, was taken to Dubbo Base Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, as was the driver of Holden Commodore wagon, a 28-year-old male.
Four other passengers in the Holden Commodore wagon, a 21-year-old woman and three children, escaped uninjured.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Investigators would like to speak with anyone who may have witnessed the collision.
