A Frenchman with extremist material on his phone was reportedly caught trying to enter Australia with chemicals in the days following the Paris terror attacks.
Channel Nine report the French national of Arab descent was detained by Australian Border Force officers at Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne two days after the attacks that left 130 people dead across Paris.
He flew in from Abu Dhabi and a search found extremist material on his phone as well as chemical mace.
