A MAN has tragically died after being found in a burning house at West Cabramatta in Sydney this morning.
Emergency services rushed to the home on Utzon Road shortly after 6am, after receiving reports a house was engulfed in flames.
Officers from Fire and Rescue NSW removed the man from the home and performed CPR until paramedics arrived, however sadly he could not be revived and died at the scene.

The man is yet to be identified, however police say he is believed to have been the only person in the house at the time.
A crime scene has been declared as investigators work to establish the the cause of the fire.
“Forensic specialists and fire investigators will wait until the scene has been declared safe before they are able to enter the site to begin their examinations,” NSW Police said.
