Man dies after showing up at hospital with multiple stab wounds
DETECTIVES are investigating the suspicious death of a man in Brisbane’s southwest.
The 42-year-old Mount Gravatt man reportedly staggered into the QEII Jubilee Hospital at Coopers Plains suffering from multiple stab wounds around 10.30pm on Saturday.
Hospital staff worked on the man for almost two hours but sadly, he could not be saved.
In a statement, Queensland Police said the man died from his injuries just after midnight.
The circumstances surrounding how the man sustained his injuries are not yet known.

A crime scene has been established on Lani Street in Wishart, almost 5km from the hospital.
Detectives are appealing for anyone with information to come forward and contact them.
No further information was available at the time of writing.
