Man dies after falling 15m from cliff in Royal National Park
Police have just confirmed that a man has died after falling more than 15 metres from a cliff in the Royal National Park, south of Sydney on the weekend.
The tragic accident happened at Big Marley Beach at Bundeena about 6.30am on Saturday 8 July.
Police say it’s believed the 28-year-old and some friends were climbing down the cliff to go fishing when the incident occurred.
The man was airlifted to St George Hospital in a critical condition but has since died in hospital.
