Man dies after being found seriously injured on NSW driveway

UPDATE @ 3.00pm: A man who died after he was found seriously injured near Wagga Wagga this morning has been identified.

Around 3.45am, emergency services were called to a street in Tolland where they found a man aged in his 30s lying in a driveway with a stab wound to his left thigh.

He was treated by paramedics, however died at the scene.

Following investigations, police have identified the man as a 37-year-old, believed to be from Junee.

Strike Force Bonarius has been formed to investigate the man’s death, and, about 10am today a 28-year-old man from Tolland was arrested and is assisting detectives with their inquiries.

EARLIER @ 7.30am: A man has died after being found seriously injured in NSW this morning.

He was treated by paramedics, however died at the scene.

A crime scene has since been established with investigations underway.

Police say the man’s death is being treated as suspicious.
