Man dies after truck and car collide head-on at Beaudesert
A man has died after his car collided with a horse float truck in a horror crash at Beaudesert earlier this morning.
The 23-year-old man was trapped in his vehicle for more than an hour after colliding head-on with the truck on Beaudesert Boonah road around 6.00am.
The High Acquity Response team as well as a rescue chopper were tasked to the accident, however the man died at the scene.
The 34-year-old male driver of the truck was not injured in the crash.
Beaudesert Boonah road is expected to remain closed for most of the day as the Forensic Crash Unit continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
