A man has been charged after he was caught drink driving on a disqualified licence with his young son in the car.
Police said that around 4.45pm yesterday, a 42-year-old man was driving a Holden Commodore ute along Wahroonga Street at Raymond Terrace.
Police pulled the vehicle over and subjected the man to a breath test which gave a positive reading. Upon further analysis of his licence it was also revealed that he was a disqualified driver until October 2018.

The man’s 7-year-old son was a passenger in the car at the time.
The man was taken to Raymond Terrace Police Station where a breath analysis allegedly returned a reading of 0.087.
He was charged with mid range PCA and disqualified driving (2nd offence).
