Man flown to hospital after being crushed against fence by ‘rogue’ cow
A MAN has been airlifted to hospital after being crushed against a fence by a “rogue” cow on a property north of the Sunshine Coast.
The man, believed to be in his late 50s, was charged at on a property in the North Burnett region, west of Bundaberg on Friday morning.
In a statement, an RACQ LifeFlight spokesperson said the man was pinned up against a fence by the “rogue” cow.
The Sunshine Coast-based LifeFlight helicopter was dispatched to the scene to airlifted the man to hospital.
He was flown to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition with a broken leg and pelvic injuries.
