Man found with critical head injuries after falling from eighth floor balcony

A MAN is fighting for life in hospital after falling from an eighth-floor balcony in Sydney’s south overnight.

The man in his 20s reportedly fell from a unit complex on Potter Street in Waterloo around 12.15am on Thursday.

Emergency services raced to the scene and found the man on the ground with life-threatening head injuries.

He was rushed to St Vincent’s Hospital in a critical condition.

Police established a crime scene and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
