Man found critically injured after mysterious assault in Logan

A man is fighting for life in hospital after being found with critical injuries following an assault in Logan.

The injured man was discovered by Police who were conducting a welfare check at an address on Quinzeh Creek Road in Logan Village around 3.15pm on Saturday.

The 53-year-old had suffered wounds to his head and neck.


The man was rushed to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Brisbane in a critical condition.

Police set up a crime scene as they investigate how the man was injured.

Detectives are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time who may have dashcam footage to contact Police.
