A MAN has been found dead in his home, a day after he was involved in a single-vehicle crash at Barraba in NSW.
Police said that around 5.30pm on Friday 22 September, a ute was being driven along Range Street when it left the road and hit a fence.
“The driver’s friends helped remove the ute from the ditch and the 59-year-old man returned to his home,” police said in a statement.

The following afternoon, the 59-year-old man’s body was discovered at his home after a friend became concerned for his welfare.
Emergency services were called to the property, but the man could not be revived.
Police say a post mortem examination will officially determine how the man died.
