A man’s accused of being behind a glassing attack Palm Beach early on Saturday morning.
It is believed a 19-year-old man was driving out of the car park of a fast food outlet when he started arguing with another man who was walking along the Gold Coast Highway at around 1:00AM.
It will be further alleged the man walked over to the driver and hit him in the face with a glass he had been carrying.

The driver, 19-year-old man from Tallebudgera, drove himself to Tweed Heads Hospital where he was treated for a deep laceration to his face and will be transported to Princess Alexandra Hospital for further surgery.
Police located and arrested a 21-year-old Banyo man who was transported to Gold Coast University Hospital for treatment to a cut on his hand.
He has been charged with wounding and will appear in Southport Magistrates Court on Saturday morning.
