Man hospitalised after car smashes into tree at Coomera

A MAN has managed to escape with only minor injuries after his car collided with a tree at Coomera.

The accident happened at the intersection of Roe Street and Brygon Creek Drive around 1.00am this morning.

The man, aged in his 20s, suffered minor head injuries in the crash and was treated at the scene by Queensland Ambulance paramedics.


He’s since been taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

Meanwhile, three people have been hospitalised following a two car crash at Loganlea.

The vehicles collided on Kingston and Chambers Flat Road around 4.30am this morning.

Two patients were taken stable to Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, whilst the third was also transported in a stable condition to Mater Adult Public Hospital.
