A MAN has been charged over a brutal assault in Logan which has left another man in a serious condition.
Emergency crews rushed to a home on Turner Court in Marsden around 4.30pm yesterday, after receiving reports of a violent altercation.
Upon arrival, they found a 30-year-old Boyne Island man with serious facial and head injuries.

He was treated at the scene before being taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.
A 32-year-old Marsden man was arrested at the home, with police alleging he spat and kicked out at officers as they tried to take him into custody.
He’s been charged with a string of offences including one count of grievous bodily harm, assault occasioning bodily harm, serious assault police and obstruct police.
He has been denied police bail and is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Monday, November 18.
