A man has suffered serious injuries in a horror jet ski crash on the northern Gold Coast.
The accident happened in waters off the Esplanade at Jacobs Well just before 5.00pm on Sunday.
A Queensland Ambulance spokesperson said two jet skis collided head-on, leaving one man with significant arm and chest injuries.

The man, aged in his 30s, was treated a the scene by critical care paramedics.
He was then rushed to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition, with the High Acuity Response Unit also on board for transport.
The QAS spokesperson confirmed Volunteer Marine Rescue helped paramedics retrieve the man from the water following the crash.
