UPDATE | Man charged with grievous bodily harm over Labrador stabbing
UPDATE @ 6.00AM, December 11 | A man will front court today, charged over a stabbing attack in Labrador yesterday morning.
The 30-year-old allegedly stabbed a 41-year-old man from Red Hill on Bright Avenue around 5.00am.
Emergency services located the injured man on the street, with a stab wound to his chest.
He was rushed to hospital in a serious condition.
The 30-year-old man from Labrador has since been charged with grievous bodily harm and will face Southport Court today.
EARLIER @ 7.00AM, December 10 | A man has been hospitalised after a stabbing attack on the Gold Coast early this morning.
Emergency services were called to an address on Bright Avenue in Labrador around 5.00am, following reports of a wounding.
The man – believed to be in his 40s – had sustained a wound to his chest, and was in a serious condition.
He was briefly treated at the scene before paramedics rushed him to the Gold Coast University Hospital.
Police have confirmed they’re investigating, though no arrests have been made.
