A man has been hospitalised with serious injuries after being hit by a train on the Gold Coast overnight.
Emergency crews were called to Robina Station just after 7.30pm on Tuesday following reports of the incident.
The man was treated at the scene by Critical Care Paramedics for chest and pelvic injuries.

He was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital, where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Train services were briefly impacted by the incident overnight, but have since resumed as normal.
