A MAN has died after being thrown from the tray of a moving ute in NSW overnight.
Police said the Nissan utility was allegedly travelling along Torquata Place at Broken Hill with passengers in the tray around 11.00pm on Thursday.
One of the passengers, a 29-year-old man, was ejected from the tray of the vehicle and suffered serious injuries.

Sadly, he died at the scene.
The driver of the ute, a 21-year-old man, was taken to Broken Hill Base Hospital for mandatory testing, before being transported to Broken Hill Police Station.
He’s since been charged with drive manner dangerous, dangerous driving cause death, drive whilst licence suspended, drive with passenger in part of vehicle not permitted.
He was refused bail to appear in Broken Hill Local Court today.
